1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the our online course shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly to stay informed about any changes.
2. Registration, Fees and Payments
a. To register for our courses, you may need to provide accurate, current and complete information’s.
b. By registering to a course, you agree to pay the required course fee. The course fee is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
c. The registration process is considered complete only upon the successful payment of the course fee. Access to course materials and other related services will be granted upon confirmation of payment.
d. Prices listed on our platform are in CHF (Swiss Franc) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Courses are excluded from VAT, and as a result, no VAT will be charged on the provided prices.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by customer
a. If you cancel 6 weeks prior to the course start, you are eligible for a refund, except for an administration fee of 2% of the course price. The minimum charged administration fee is 100 CHF.
b. If you cancel between 6 to 4 weeks prior to the course start, you are eligible for a refund of 50% of the course price.
c. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 4 weeks prior to the course start. However we offer you a one-time substitution. The registrant can nominate a substitute participant to attend the course in their place. Substitution requests must be communicated to office@expert-class.ch in written form and are subject to approval by expert-class team.
3.2 Cancellation by expert-class
a. In the rare event that expert-class team needs to cancel a course, registrants will be entitled to a full refund. Alternatively, registrants may choose to substitute their enrollment with another available course. The vendor cancellation policy aims to provide flexibility and assurance to our customers in unforeseen circumstances.
b. expert-class or MaLe GmbH shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by customers related to travel arrangements, overnight stays, or any other associated expenses in the event of course cancellations initiated by expert-class. Customers are advised to manage and secure such reservations independently. We recommend considering travel insurance or flexible booking options to mitigate the impact of unforeseen circumstances.
c. Please note that all refund requests, substitution nominations, and vendor-initiated cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Liability Disclaimer
By participating in our courses, the customer acknowledge and agree to the following liability disclaimer:
a. expert-class team, MaLe GmbH, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the courses. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to, any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of practical exercises, application of course content, any advice provided, or damage due to viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
b. Participants are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion while applying the knowledge gained from the courses. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that any actions taken based on the course content are appropriate for their specific situation. expert-class does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from course participation.
c. By enrolling in our courses, you accept that expert-class is not responsible for any negative consequences that may arise from the implementation of course content, including damages due to viruses or other harmful components. Participants are encouraged to maintain up-to-date security measures on their devices.

a. The courses offered on our platform are for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the course content.
b. Intellectual property rights of the course content belong to the respective course instructors or our platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course content without prior written permission.
