Tim Mangan is running his world famous MSIX course in Switzerland, Bern. This 4-day class covers the latest developments in MSIX packaging and will provide you with both, theory and practical hands-on experience in our hands-on training labs.

Who is it for?
This class is for those who are interested in preparing/packaging Windows Applications for enterprise deployment as MSIX and/or AppAttach packages.
Pre-requisites
The course is designed for people with a general background in IT and/or Packaging. We take students with or without prior experience in MSIX who want to learn about the best techniques to repackage applications into MSIX and App Attach.
There are no hard pre-requisites to be able to take the class, however, the following are helpful:
- Experience with other “packaging” techniques helpful.
- Experience with general IT administration and Windows Troubleshooting.
Students will be required to bring their own laptop, which will be used to remote into virtual machines provided by the class.
- Each student will receive two books for the class, the Concepts book containing information on the technology and Windows, and the Packaging book with hand-on lab instructions.
- Each student will be provided access to two Windows VMs to work with, one to package and one to test.
Course Content
A 4-day (in-person) hands-on class where you will learn the concepts, techniques, and latest tricks to be successful and packaging and configuring applications for delivery within the Enterprise using Microsoft MSIX.
Whether you use modern or traditional application delivery methods, the applications your company depends on must be customized, and in many cases remediated to work in today’s desktops. MSIX is the future for new applications, and while not all traditional applications will work in the MSIX container, this class will give you the ability to get the most application compatibility possible today.
